Sales Executive
Position: Full Time, Permanent Location: Emo, Co. Laois (Hybrid)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our sportswear products to various clients, including retailers, distributors, and sports organizations.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and sports organizations, to establish strong business relationships.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our sportswear products.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing accounts by fostering long-term relationships with key clients and maximizing their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless customer experience.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to identify trends, evaluate sales strategies, and make informed business decisions.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to effectively manage sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sportswear industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge and passion for sports and sportswear trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
